To create a sense of awareness among the students about the global economy and to acquaint the students with the structure of newspaper, a competition was organized by the department in which 18 teams participated and the competition was judged by our worthy Principal Dr.(Mrs)Madhu Prashar.Principal Mam appreciated the work of students and motivated them to go for such innovative ideas in future also

POSTER MAKING COMPETITION

In today's competitive era it is very mandatory for students to update their knowledge which will help them to excel in their stream. With a view, a Poster making competeti was held in the department to make the students aware about various Indian as
well as foreign companies and their profile which includes their origin,
landmarks of the company vision and mission statements.
SPARKLING BAZAAR OFFER
9th November,2012
A sparkling bazaar offer was organised to identify innovative ideas among students and lift them up to a broader community. The students put their great efforts and displayed the various products. Dr. V.P. Singh, Dr. C. Nagarapa from Panjab University Chandigarh along with Principal Madam judged the competition and gave their valuable suggestions to the students.

A Seminar on the topic 'Retail Banking in
India' was organised. Importance of retail banking and its future
prospects was explained by the students of the B.Com-II.
Seminar on Jago Grahak Jago

To aware the students regarding their rights, a seminar on the topic, "Jaago Grahak Jaago" was organized. Consumer Protection Act, 1986 was also discussed. The seminar proved to be very knowledgeable for the students.
Seminar on Stock Exchange

A seminar on the topic, "Stock Exchange" was organized. Students were made aware about the various important terms of Stock Exchange. Listing Procedure of securities was also discussed.
